Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage works in a similar way. This page lists everything this website stores on your device and what it is for. It is run by LCH Legal Ltd.

What we store without asking

The law allows a website to store things that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for, without consent. We store two.

  • Your cookie choice. When you select Accept or Reject on the cookie banner, we save your answer in your browser's local storage under the name cookie-choice, so the banner does not appear on every page. It stays until you clear your browser data or use the button below.
  • How you arrived. We hold the website you came from, the first page you visited and any campaign tags in the web address in your browser's session storage under the name first-touch. This is so the enquiry form can tell us how you found us if you choose to send it. It is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us unless you submit the form.

Analytics cookies

If you select Accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read and how they found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which last up to 2 years. The information is grouped, and we do not use it to identify you.

If you select Reject, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set.

What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not let other companies track you across sites from this website.

Changing your choice

You can change your mind at any time. The button below clears your saved choice and reloads the page, so the banner appears again. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
